STOCKHOLM, Sweden & NEW YORK, NY – June 5th, 2026 - OneTwo Analytics AB (OTA), the Swedish MedTech company behind the AI-powered diabetes management clinician platform today announced a pioneering commercial partnership with Endocrine Associate of West Village, P.C. (EAWV), one of New York City’s leading endocrinology practices. Under the agreement, EAWV becomes OTA’s East Coast Flagship Clinic and the first New York specialist endocrinology group to roll out the OneTwo Analytics platform across its three clinical sites.
The announcement comes ahead of the American Diabetes Association 86th Scientific Sessions, taking place in New Orleans in June 2026, where OTA and EAWV clinicians will engage with the broader diabetes community on what care looks like in everyday practice powered by OneTwo Analytics.
From overload to precision care
Fourteen days of CGM alone generates more than 4,000 individual data points per patient. For specialist clinics managing hundreds to thousands of patients, that volume is increasingly difficult to translate into timely, personalised treatment decisions, a problem that grows as CGM adoption expands across Type 1, Type 2 and pre-diabetic populations. Moreover the complex challenges that arise when taking into consideration the data complexities of insulin pump, AID and connected pen data for these patients.
OneTwo Analytics’ platform uses clinically validated AI and machine learning to convert that raw data into prioritised, actionable insights. Prio™ standardises follow-up scheduling through a clinically validated patient scoring system, while Insights™ surfaces driver-level patterns across glycaemic events, excursions and meal and insulin responses, supporting faster, more confident clinical decisions.
More than just data aggregation, for EAWV, the platform integrates directly with the practice’s existing electronic health record (EHR) and becomes a workflow optimisation engine. On top of this the platform includes a smart detection of billable events and automates the billing process, to remove additional administrative burden and help to maximise a clinics P&L optimisation.
A flagship partnership for the US market
EAWV operates three clinics in New York City and serves a substantial diabetes population across Type 1, Type 2 and complex endocrine cases. As OTA’s East Coast Flagship Clinic, EAWV will collaborate on real-world performance and help shape the product roadmap for US specialist practice.
The partnership reflects a shared conviction: that in healthcare, the most valuable contribution is giving clinicians back their time and attention, rather than adding another screen to monitor. Since the OTA platform was built by clinicians for clinicians, the core belief is to allow healthcare practitioners focus on delivering care.
What the partners are saying
“EAWV is exactly the kind of partner we set out to find in the US market. A clinically respected, forward-looking endocrinology group that takes the experience of both the clinician and the patient seriously,” said Lars Cederblad, CEO and Co-founder of OneTwo Analytics. “As our pioneering East Coast partner this now accelerates our US strategy meaningfully. Together we’re demonstrating that AI in diabetes care isn’t about replacing clinical judgement, it’s about giving clinicians the clarity to apply it.
“Our clinicians are managing more CGM data than any human can reasonably synthesise in a fifteen-minute consultation,” said Dr. Anastasios Manessis, Endocrine Associates of West Village. “What drew us to OneTwo Analytics is that the platform doesn’t replace the clinical conversation, it prepares us for it. We walk into the room already knowing what matters most for that patient, that day.”
“Just as importantly, the workflow integration with our EHR and billing systems means our team spends less time on administration and more time delivering care. That’s a meaningful change for a specialist practice operating at our volume, and it’s why we’re proud to be OneTwo Analytics’ East Coast Flagship Clinic.”
What this means for patients
For patients of EAWV, the partnership translates into more focused consultations, faster identification of glucose patterns that warrant attention, and a treatment plan that reflects the full picture of their data rather than a snapshot. Patient onboarding to the platform is structured in phases over the partnership rollout.
Looking ahead to ADA 2026
Representatives from OneTwo Analytics will be available at the ADA 86th Scientific Sessions (Booth #918) in New Orleans to discuss the partnership, demonstrate the platform, and share early operational insights from the deployment. Meeting requests can be made via the media contacts below.

Early observations
Following the strategic partnership agreement signed in autumn 2025 between OneTwo Analytics and Metabolic (formerly GluCare Health) in the United Arab Emirates, the platform has now been implemented in clinical practice within Metabolic’s operations.
Metabolic is a pioneer in hybrid care, applying a data-driven model for the management of metabolic diseases that combines continuous data collection with active patient engagement. Through this collaboration, OneTwo Analytics delivers automated analysis of CGM data, supporting Metabolic’s efforts to enhance diabetes care and expand access to treatment for a larger patient population.
From streams of CGM data to clinical clarity
The challenge in metabolic care is rarely data collection. It is turning that data into clear next steps fast enough for day-to-day clinical decision-making. OneTwo Analytics empowers the Metabolic team to focus on what matters, align quickly on priorities, and communicate more clearly with patients between visits. That is what continuous care should feel like.
After the initial implementation period, Metabolic has shared its early experiences of how the platform has influenced clinical workflows, data visibility, and communication with patients in day-to-day clinical practice.
High quality onboarding and support
Metabolic describes the quality of onboarding, training, and ongoing support as very high. Collaboration around integration and further development is described as responsive, with quick feedback on questions and feature requests.
Improved structure in data analysis
One of the most noticeable changes relates to how CGM data is analyzed in clinical practice. Previously, identifying patterns and deviations required a more manual review of daily glucose curves. Users of Insights at Metabolic report that it is now easier to quickly identify problem areas in glucose control. Features that are particularly appreciated include the overview of average glucose before, during, and after meals, which provides a quick understanding of the patient’s glucose patterns.
Support for a continuous care model
While still early in its evaluation of potential effects on patient engagement or clinical outcomes, the clinic reports that the Insights report feature, provides a comprehensive overview of patient data and that the platform supports their model of continuous follow-up between visits.
Patient communication and report structure
The use of color-coded visualizations and a clearer presentation of key metrics, including mean glucose and glucose variability, have also contributed to more structured patient communication. The result is a conversation grounded in shared understanding, not just numbers.
Overall assessment
The overall experience of OneTwo Analytics as a clinical tool has been well received. Metabolic states that they would recommend the system both to colleagues and to patients. As OneTwo Analytics continues to expand its platform and services beyond CGM, we aim to evolve and grow the platform alongside Metabolic. A more comprehensive case study describing the collaboration is planned to be published at a later stage.

Our co-founder and CMO, Professor Per-Ola Carlsson, is a leading researcher in type 1 diabetes. His groundbreaking research investigates the potential of genetically modified, hypoimmune insulin-producing cells from the islets of Langerhans as a cure for type 1 diabetes. Here’s what he has to say about his research:
"We have shown that genetically modified beta cells can survive and produce insulin in people with type 1 diabetes – without the need for immunosuppressive treatment. These early results are a significant step forward in our research towards a cure."
While the search for a cure continues, Professor Carlsson is also committed to improving diabetes care:
"My long-term goal is to contribute to a cure for type 1 diabetes, but in the meantime, I aim to enhance the clinical management of diabetes and the daily lives of everyone living with diabetes by developing digital solutions that can automate the interpretation of diabetes data."
