Sophiahemmet - Periodic Continuous Glucose Monitoring
A randomized controlled trial in collaboration with Sophiahemmet University College and four primary care centers in Sweden. The study aims to investigate the effect of glucose monitoring with CGM combined with a data analysis report to support a person-centered approach compared to traditional treatment involving Self-Monitoring of Blood Glucose (SMBG) through fingerstick testing within type 2 diabetes care.
